At this time, we do not accept unsolicited proposals; our grant application process is by invitation only. We are committed to a firm set of priorities to improve prosperity, and out of respect for your time, we kindly ask that you also not submit inquiries directly to Foundation staff members.

We appreciate Dallas-area qualified public NPOs with limited government assistance that can report metrics on outcomes that the grant helped accomplish, and typically we will not fund more than 5% of any operating budget or 25% of any program. We do not make loans or fund individuals, fraternal groups, athletic teams, for-profit entities, or foreign organizations that are not qualified under the U.S. IRS regulations. Furthermore, we do not support lobbying, other private foundations, fundraising events, conferences, or competitions.
